Fleet Analyst
Job details
Responsible for managing the shared fleet mailbox for all incoming enquiries and requests.Proactively deal with queries ensuring they are closed out efficiently and fed back to management as appropriate.Liaise with WSP's preferred suppliers to raise orders.Oversee invoicing and support reconciliation of expenditure.Accurately manage and record WSP's vehicle register and input data for relevant fleet processes and procedures. Produce dashboard and monthly reports.Monitor and track the performance, location, and status of the vehicles using GPS, telematics, or other software systems.Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the vehicles.Provide guidance and support to internal customers regarding orders and general information.Identify and implement opportunities for improving how we report and measure WSP's fleet performance, safety, and sustainability. Identify trends, potential risks and issues.Support the maintenance of documentation, policies and internal controls.Support the UK Fleet and Travel Manager in dealing with accident reports ensuring relevant damage costs are reviewed and approved at the appropriate level and recharged to the relevant person.Support the Fleet Management team within any projects required.Create a culture of trust and openness though the sensitive and confidential handling of information.Proactively contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
