Create teams, create processes, create compelling narratives for brands and products.The rest of the page will give you a fair idea of what your day-to-day will look like as an Associate Graphic Designer at HOWL.WHO YOU ARE: Has proven full time working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design.Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw etc Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heartThrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentYou are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skillsYou are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solverStrong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives on assigned brandsCreate functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)Brainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teamsEnsure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brands Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver qualityLIFE WITH A WOLFPACK:It's important that work goes beyond task lists and deadlines. You'll be entering a workplace, packed with creative individuals. Learning will be exponential, we'll make sure of it too.
