Job details
Manage day-to-day machining production operations efficiently.Troubleshoot issues with machines and operations to ensure seamless production flow.Utilize hands-on experience in machine shop to oversee operations effectively.Possess CNC programming knowledge to optimize production processes.Lead and supervise a team of 50 operators, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Operate and oversee various machining equipment including Hobbing, CNC, Skiving, Profile Grinding machines, VMC, and HMC.Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while minimizing downtime.Implement strategies to enhance production output and reduce costs.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and meet production targets.Train and mentor operators to enhance their skills and capabilities.
