Hello All,We are Hiring for Product based company(permanent opportunity) ----Senior Data ScientistLocation: Kharadi, PuneMode: Hybrid#### Total Experience : Total 4+yearsNotice period-Max 60 days.Please find the position requirements in detail below:MISSION: The Senior Data Scientist manages and analyses disparate datasets, researches and implements Machine Learning/Advanced Analytics/Advanced Statistics solutions to address complex business questions.He/She is responsible for :- Mastering the customer value chain (level = difficult) from RDI, Manufacturing, Marketing etc.- Determining the relevant data among those available and identifying the missing data to acquire- Consolidating/Aggregating the finally selected data- Analyzing, researching and implementing Machine Learning/Advanced Analytics/Advanced Statistics models to solve the business problems- Presenting in details the results and/or the model (performances and limits) to stakeholders and leading technical discussions for model improvement and trustability- Designing, building and automating all steps of Machine Learning (ML) industrialization workflow- Automating business use cases and building integrated AI/ML systems to continuously operate it in production by collaborating with product/project managers and other stakeholders.He/She also contributes to develop external partnerships and internal best practices, network and knowledge by :- Directing the external research that helps to resolve ambitious technical problems and developing partnerships that take advantage of new opportunities- Assuring the technical tutorship and/or mentoring of less experienced people- Transmitting knowledge by development and deployment of training modules and various other communication methods- Participating in the development of the Métier roadmap and the Data Scientist Network· Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS NLP Expertise:The métier is well supported by the data scientist network with proposals for improvements to develop people, technology, processes.Brings outside-in perspective for new technology adoption, re-engineering existing capabilities, implementing best-practices for NLP product development.Act as a reviewer and gatekeeper for quality and maturity of NLP solution approaches and NLP solutions.Act as a go-to person for any and all technical and applied research challenges in NLP.Is updated about ongoing research in NLP area, has knowledge of industry trends and ability translate them for the benefit of the Organization.Business understanding & Solution implementation:The business need is understood and formalized in a descriptive datasheet or specificationsThe methods are identified through external research and selected by their theoretical bases, advantages and drawbacks.The results of the analysis or the models are presented to the customers with data visualization tools indicating the performances and the limits. The source code is delivered and explained if necessary.Quality/CapitalizationAll stages of Machine learning project are implemented (pipeline, components, tests), respecting quality standardsAll valuable code is re-usable by community. Data Analysis models are monitored (technological watch) and partnerships are developedHealth of the MétierThe métier is well supported by the data scientist network with proposals for improvements to develop people, technology, processes.QualificationsRequired:8 years of overall machine learning/advanced analytics experience with considerable time spent in building enterprise grade solutions.3+ years of NLP solution building and applied research experience including 4+ years in PythonStrong experience developing and implementing NLP algorithms in a commercial settingExpert in NLP methodologies: document embedding, text mining, topic classification, sentiment analysis, information extraction, conversational AI, generative AI etc.Expert in deep learning models for sequence-to-sequence problems like LSTMs, GRUs, RNNsExperience with NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, HuggingFace TransformersPhD / MTech / MS degree in Computer Science or related IT / technology field or equivalent experienceExcellent English communication skills, both oral and writtenPreferred:Azure knowledge and devopsEvidence of research using NLP like papers, blogs, github reposEvidence of thought leadership to contextualize state of art models to problemIncase interested please send Your updated cv to...............Ramanjaneyareddy.m@quesscorp.com PRB
