Effectively Lead, Manage, and Train Retail Sales Team towards the maximum performance. Work closely with the Brand & National Distributors to strategize the inventory and purchase level, considering retail sales target. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need of improvements in the store.Assist Business managers and Training Managers to ensure the smooth operations of the Retail Ensure the store fulfils all legal, health and safety guidelines.Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations. Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer information. Maintain the sales quota and delivery of the samePerformance To Improvise profits, and to motivate staff to achieve this same goal. To Achieve Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Targets. To Ensure the Retail set up as per the compliance, guidelines & Plan-o-gram defined by Brand. To ensure all shops are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly, and monitoring their compliances with policy, procedure and standards. Including the Merchandising & store audits.
