"What You'll Do" This role is responsible for organizing and facilitate our on-boarding processes for new employees and hiring managers. This is to be achieved by providing an exceptional positive experience to both new employees as well as the hiring managers from the start date by driving a world class on-boarding experience.Encourage and assist hiring managers in integrating new hires delivering on schedule Offboarding procedures with a good employee experience are completed, including communication with partners and other stakeholders, document preparedness, and Workday transaction approval. Examine and evaluate staff attrition data to find areas where 100% timely attrition is not being met.responding to and resolving HR queries from managers, stakeholders, and employees in a way that produces the intended outcomes.Manage daily operations Data transactions occur from the moment an employee joins the company until they leave. With great accuracy and efficiency, (every life cycle event change) in the HR HCM system (workday). updating all data to comply with established data audits and compliance standards. "We Are a Match Because"Master's in Human Resources with 3-4 years of experience in Talent OperationsProficiency in utilizing Workday or equivalent HRMS software to efficiently carry out tasks relating to Talent OperationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood knowledge on gmail applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WordAbility to drive key project initiative and work cross functional partnering with other functions throughout the organization; namely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Talent Partners, Rewards, Finance among others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Stakeholder Management skillsAttention to detail and accuracySelf-starter and fast learner with minimal direction PRB
