Amron Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is an upcoming greenfield chemical company located in GIDC Dahej, Gujarat with head office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our focus is in products manufactured with continuous process and with minimum environmental impact.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role (Dahej, Gujarat) for a Plant Head (joining as soon as possible) at Amron Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. located in Dahej. The Plant Head will be working on products which are manufactured using continuous catalytic manufacturing process.The Plant Head will be responsible and should be driven for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including and not limited to production planning, quality control and safety compliance.The role will encompass the following responsibilities amongst others:Production planning and managementMan managementAll coordination regarding various aspects at PlantPlant safetyMaterial managementResearch and Development for new productsSince this is a new venture, the Plant Head will be expected to take up and be responsible various roles within the company and will directly coordinate and report to the owners of the company.The Plant Head will also collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.QualificationsBachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or ChemistryAt least 15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related industryDemonstrated ability to manage and leadExcellent knowledge of, manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to optimize processes and reduce costsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborateProficiency in software's related to management and engineeringCandidate should be keen and driven to work on developing processes for new products and introducing them on Plant scale.Experience in vapour phase continuous technology is preferred but not a necessity PRB
