We will not reply if you do NOT meet the following criteria:Office 365 Administrator console experience - 4 to 5 years experience minimumExam AZ-104 EXAM- AZ-900 certificateAzure Active DirectoryWindows serverMCSE certificate 2019 and aboveDesktop Support experience 7 years minimumWork from HomeShift: Available during UK hours and must be flexible working any hours (01:00 am to 9:30 am and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm) Monday to Friday and on-call on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)Please only apply if you meet the following:On-call and rota hours (day, night shift and weekend cover/hours)12+ years experience in L1, L2 and L3 desktop support or IT Support day-to-dayOffice 365 Admin portal experience of 4 to 5 yearsExam certification AZ-104Exam certification AZ-900Worked in helpdesk environment or IT solutionMCSE 2019 or aboveSubject matter expertise in Azure, Office 365 administration, Intune, Powershell, and Microsoft Defender endpoint securityDegree qualifiedGood troubleshooting skillsWork independently and think out of the box to resolve issuesGood spoken and written EnglishAvailable during UK hours and must be flexible working any hoursYour own laptop and internet (good and reliable internet)Be able to invoice for your work on a monthly basis and be paid by bank transferThe day-to-day duties will include telephone, email and remote support. You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT and it will be advantageous if you have worked for an IT solution company in the past.Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer serviceTaking ownership of user problems, performing technical diagnoses and fixing issues either remotely or on-siteWorking in a helpdesk environmentWindows 7, 10 and 11Office 365 issuesMS AzureDesktop support, installation and maintenanceNetwork troubleshooting - Firewall, router and switches knowledge and experienceWindows Server 2012 to 2022 knowledgeActive Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365 and General troubleshootingMS exchange basic knowledgeMS Office, anti-virus and other application install and support knowledgeHands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)Office 365 services and supportGeneral networking and troubleshooting skillsDocumenting calls on the call logging systemAttention to detailsOn-callThe ideal candidate should be technically competent, motivated and capable of communicating with clients in plain English both verbal and written as well as technically.
