(Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position)Key AccountabilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the agency meets their expectations.Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, addressing concerns, providing strategic advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide guidance on client communication, account management, and strategic planning to ensure the team's success.Strategic Planning:Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop comprehensive mainline advertising strategies that align with their goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels.Campaign Oversight:Oversee the development and execution of mainline advertising campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment with client objectives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.Business Development:Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client accounts.Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and present proposals for prospective clients.Budget Management:Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and delivering campaigns within financial parameters.Professional Skills:Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
