With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of managing revenues exceeding 200 Cr, you will be instrumental in leading the charge towards sustainable growth and success. A strong technology background in hardware product/electronics engineering, coupled with your ability to innovate and inspire, will be essential to your success in this role.Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals. Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Manufacturing Operations: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and ontime delivery of products. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational performance. Supply Chain Management (SCM): Develop and implement SCM strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure a seamless flow of materials and components. Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality and reliability. Implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.Requirements:Over 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of managing revenues exceeding 200 Cr.Strong technology background in hardware product/electronics engineering, with an MBA preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience in building and leading highperformance teams. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
