Our commitment to excellence and innovation has enabled us to consistently deliver exceptional results to our clients.Job Description:As an Ecommerce Specialist specializing in Amazon Store Management at Enewcleus, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our clients' Amazon stores. From creating listings to managing FBA shipments and optimizing advertisements, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, including shipment creation, labeling, and tracking to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Monitor buyer-seller messages and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.Create and manage coupons and promotional offers to drive sales and attract new customers.Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads, to maximize visibility and ROI.Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings and advertisements for improved search visibility and conversion rates.Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales, advertising, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and clients.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in Amazon's policies and algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in ecommerce, specifically Amazon store management, with a minimum of (X years) of relevant experience.Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and algorithms.Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software, such as Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Experience in managing advertising campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Join us at Enewcleus and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving success in ecommerce!
