Project Management Intern (Batch of 2025)

The intern will be responsible for providing PM support for various strategic initiatives such as NXP Academy and its various schools like Architecture & Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and strategic programs like Women In Tech, etc.His/Her primary duties include but not limited to:Attending various review meetings with internal/external stakeholders, obtain project status from all team members, preparing meeting notes and tracking all actions to its closure.Timely follow ups, as needed.Support for End-End execution of key programs driven by India Country Management Team.Ensure its execution as per schedule and with-in allocated budget. Resolving risks.Supporting Business Automation, Marketing & Communications team and Management on ad-hoc basis.Key Requirements:Bachelors/Masters degree in Management with specialization in Program/Project Management, Technology Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related streams - Batch of 2025.Internship Duration - July 2024 to December 2024, Student should be able to arrange an NOC from the college/university for attending this internship from office (Noida).Excellent skills on using Microsoft Business Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). Usage of Power BI or related analytics platform is an added advantage.Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.Excellent Project/Program Management & Business Writing Skills.Due to nature of work, He/She should be able to work in different time zones.Quick Learner, Collaborative attitude, Active listening, Attention to detail.Understanding of market trends. PRB
