Ecommerce Operations Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Custodian for overall Data management & business reporting across customers within the Ecommerce vertical.Interprets data from multiple sources & turns it into information that can be used by decision makersLeads the Ecommerce Listing & Cataloguing activity and ensures thorough platform checks across platforms for accuracy of assortment.Liases between Supply chain team and Customers for orders and P.O fulfilmentCoordinate with platform warehouses in case of delayed appointments/delivery escalations/returns etcSupports the Ecomm manager on tracking and reconciling Monthly spends Budget across all brands.Follows up for timely accounts receivables. Closely tracks and monitors receipt of invoices, credit notes & debit notes, ensuring they are captured in the system on time etcKEY REQUIREMENTS2-5 years in data management & analysisGraduation or masters in any disciplineProficient in Microsoft Excel (MS office)Preferably worked in Ecommerce space beforeMust have at least 1 year of Relevant experience in stakeholder management Good spoken and written communication Ability to understand data, generate insights and make data-based decisions.
