Duties and responsibilities:Conduct screening of candidates from different sources and monitor the hiring and recruitment processes for all retail stores (EBOs) across India. Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews with the manager/senior manager.Coordinate and conduct reference checks, background checks in accordance with company procedures.Communicate to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required to bring on first day of employment.Maintain trackers and ensure regular updates for all trackers on a real time basis.Work on HR tools to ensure efficient HR processes are followed.Speak to candidates and external stakeholders with appropriate information about the brand.Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.Issuing new employees with Onboarding documents.Conducting employee orientations.Explaining employee benefits.Responding to HR-related queries within the company.Maintaining employee confidentiality.Desired Candidate Profile:1-2 years' experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition especially in retail division Excellent communication skills.Should pay attention to details.Should have good work ethics and calm attitude.Ability to work with concentration with minimal errors.Experience in working with a corporate setup.MS Office Knowledge PRB
