Senior Pre-Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Manager with a background in staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales process, developing effective strategies to showcase our staffing solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, staffing industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.Responsibilities: -Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to showcase our staffing services to potential clients.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business goals.Act as a key point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our staffing solutions.Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct thorough requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
