Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Senior QA Analyst - Roles and Responsibilities· Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum), and Hybrid· Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Planning, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies· Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements, functional specifications and design documents.· Understand domain, functionality, business use cases/user stories and develop comprehensive test cases and test steps.· Understand epics, features and user stories for acceptance, functional, and system integration testing.· Tests APIs, web and mobile based applications (iOS, Android) that reference back-end systems and reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.· Perform functional testing, system integration testing, smoke/sanity testing, usability testing, compatibility, and exploratory testing.· Assists in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans.· Identify, document, and report software defects and issues, providing clear and concise descriptions and steps to reproduce.· Proactively engage in the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process to investigate issues and incorporate corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.· Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience.· Collaborate with QA Lead and team to develop effective strategies and test plans.· Actively collaborate with developers, QA lead, product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases.· Work with cross-functional scrum teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.· Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management, Communication and Status Reporting· Preferred candidates with assured certification PRB
