Architect & Interior Designer

An architect with knowledge and experience in interior design with strong PR skills for a construction firm. Our office is based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Project will be based in Delhi, Uttarakhand and other parts of India. Travel will be required. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Daily Job responsibilites will include : Architecture Drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sectional Elevations) Interior Drawings (Interior Layout Plans, Elevations, Sectional Elevations of all Walls, Wall Cladding Elevations, Toilet Detail DrawingsSite CoordinationMaterial Shortlisting and supplier huntingProcurement of designer materialFurniture Drawings & Execution Coordination BOQ Preparation Photoshop & Basic 3D Visualization Day to Day Correspondence from Site Supervisor Client Handling & Client Meetings Outstation Visits for Projects as n when required Daily Update of Sites to Senior official on Mail n Verbal Presentation Skills to Client Preparation of Marketing Plans for all Sites Project Pitching Research, shortlisting n incorporation of innovative Materials Coordination with Multiple Consultants for ProjectsOversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction processCollaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3+ years of experience in construction and architectureStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and 2d & 3D PRB
