It's not everyone's cup of tea.https://www.slideshare.net/JaydeepBarman/culture-rebelIT Support duties and responsibilities:Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers andscannersMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsProviding technical support across the city (this may be in person or over the phone)Setting up accounts for new usersRepairing and replacing equipment as necessaryTesting new technologyPossibly training more junior staff membersBasic knowledge on camera's installation and Bio metric configurationMaintain records / logs for repairs and fixes and maintenance scheduleIdentity computer or network equipment shortages and place ordersDevelop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performanceSolving the concerns raised by kitchens by visiting kitchen orally / in remote( Two-wheeler is mandatory )Ready to work on Saturday & Sunday's, and even festivals (Benefits are available)Skills & Capabilities:Ready to work in 24/7 environmentShould be a team playerExperience 0.6 monthsAble to speak local language, Hindi & EnglishBenefits:Petrol & Mobile allowances would be givenPerformance incentives are eligible PRB
