Head of Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Head to join our state of the art manufacturing company who is subject matter expert of Cyber Security & Information Security domain and Lead the central IT Security portfolio of Exide EnergiesMain ResponsibilitiesIT Security Roadmap & Projects • To build strategy on implementing security standards across People, Process and Technology as NIST Cybersecurity framework Standards• Act as Solution architect for security setup for both IT & OT Infra Setup, Application Stack, Cloud Setup, Industry 4.0 Solutions. • Develop, Enhance / Security Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be) • Evaluate & Implement Cyber Security/Information Security solutions in line with Market trends & Business Requirements• Recognize the emerging technology trends and ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented to secure the ever-changing landscape• Build partnerships with Security products Vendors and Security Solution providers• Ensure the technologies are meeting the regulatory guidelines as per Cert-in etc. • Lead, Strategize Security training for Internal IT Teams & Awareness trainings for the Business Teams such as R&D, Mfg, Supply Chain and other functionsIT Security Operations • IT Security framework effectiveness and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanism governance structure• Leads discussions on Security issues and ensure timely resolution and prepare RCA• Acts as escalation point for Major Security incidents, issues or problems • Support the Internal IT Team in ensuring identified Security control gaps are understood and Remediated• Continuous VAPT exercises across the different IT stacks both IT & OT• Continuous Training mechanism for different type of users to ensure people act as first line of defense IT Security Risk Management & Governance• Strong Review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security operations Review • Review of IT Team & Business teams related systems & processes to ensure they are aligned with Information Security policies and Security process• Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, Including Cyber Security Risks & Controls• Perform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New Requirements • Prepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation & Ensure Remediation • Ensure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of the Organization IT Audits & Compliance • Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule• Coordinate with Teams during Audit • Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines • Follow up on post audit remediation and closures of finding DESIRED PROFILEEducation & Experience• BE, MBA is added advantage • 10-15 Years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity RoleDESIRED SKILLSFunctional & Behavioral• Experience and Knowledge of Security best practices for IT Infra, OT Infra, Application and Cloud environments• Certified ISO auditor and hands on experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 framework• Need experience in leading and owning the cybersecurity and information security practices for the organization• Hands-on experience with Security technologies and Project management & support for security products• Understanding and implementation of Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity framework• Certification in CISSP, CISA and CEH is preferred• Manufacturing Industry experience such as OT Security is preferred• Certification in Cloud and Cloud Security is preferred• Collaboration• Conflict Resolution• Time Management• Influence and Negotiation• Resilience• Delegation • Decision Making PRB
