Medical Claims and Debtor Administrator, BenoniAn accident and emergency facility in Benoni is looking for a claims and debtor administrator.Responsibilities:Medical aid, COID, RMS and FMA account billing and submissionAllocate medical aid payments to accounts on the clients systemReconcile medical aid payments to amounts reflected on bank statementAttend to the age analysisQuality controlMonitor shift reports, quality check billing sheets and codes on receipts to determine correct billingFollow up on outstanding billingAct as case officer for patients with outstanding accountsStepping in as relief for front reception should that be requiredQualification:MatricPrevious billing experience in a medical practice / hospital is requiredSkills and attributes:Deliver a high standard of patient service with integrityHigh work ethicEmpathetic natureExcellent administrative skillsProblem solverEye for details and accuracyGood at multitaskingGood computer literacy. Must have Microsoft office experienceExperience with MedEdi is an advantageWorking hours:08h00 to 16h30. Possibility of 2 days on and 2 days off, and alternating weekends including Fridays.
