CES is seeking to fill the role of Senior System and Network Admin. The following are the details matching our requirements for our ideal candidate: Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of experienced System Administrators, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development to team members. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss projects, share insights, and address concerns. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network, servers, and virtualization Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. Evaluate requirements and create azure infrastructure. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery. Perform work in a virtualized environment and manage computers remotely. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Requirements: Strong knowledge of System and Network administration with excellent communication skills. Should be flexible working in rotational shifts. Learn policies and procedures related to assigned duties. Configuring and managing different kinds of cloud-based applications. Controlling and protecting cloud application access. Knowledge on azure devops CI/CD pipeline configuration will be an added advantage. Troubleshooting issues with any clouds-based applications. Should have good knowledge about Linux OS. Knowledge on Azure infrastructure vm's creation and it's network security rules. Should have good knowledge of Office 365 and related applications. System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus. Knowledge on web application deployments on IIS and Linux environment will be an added advantage. ***Job Location: Navalur, Chennai (Work from Office) ***Shift Timings: Rotational Shift PRB
