Joint Manager - Quality Assurance

Joint Manager - Quality Assurance Lead & drive quality governance across 2P / 3P locations spread across Southern part of India.Lead & drive quality governance across all juice manufacturing 2P/3P plants spread across South, West and Eastern part of India.Ensure quality by design (QBD) and extend support in executing all capacity expansion projects (DIL / 2P / 3P) across India. Engage and influence relevant stakeholder at design stage itself to drive QBD.Conducting audits as per schedule & Compliance of audit calendar in discussion with audit team.Analyze data to identify areas for Quality / Process Improvement using tools like Six Sigma Methodology, Lean Enterprise system, ISO Quality System Standards, PDCA methodology, TPM suiting to the needs of the Organization and overseeing their implementation across Company operationsDrive implementation of Quality 4.0, develop tool kits, optimized digital solutions with the help of relevant OEM's.Develop training as required and Impart trainings to the assigned plant / CFA teams as per the calendarDrive the cultural transformation of site-level Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs and problem solving methodologies for all manufacturing process.Monitoring IPQA activities (BPR review, In process controls, observation round, QL monitoring, Terminal inspection)Sampling of RM / PM and finished goods for testingEnsures control on non-confirming materials / products and deviations.Coordination with Production, commercial DRDC, CQA and CPDD for NPD's and packing material trialsMonitoring of activities of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI standards, ISO-22000 & ISO-9001-2015 and it's implementationRM / PM / FG disposal as per company GuidelinesPrepare unit wise quality compliancesMIS reports for all processesTo ensure timely response to all regulatory notices in consultation with relevant stakeholders.Preparation of necessary documentation for notice closure w.r.t Quality.Scheduling of Internal & external audit (TUV) for DIL units, 3P, CFAs, Stockiest.Manage and control all QA/QC activities in accordance with identified Quality Assurance standards, company procedures.Monitoring and review of QA/QC data, SPC for critical process and provide feedback to the user for continuous improvement.Qualification and experience ;B.Tech / M.Tech - Food Technology / Dairy Technology with relevant experience between 6-8 yrs.Candidate should open to travel Equal Opportunity EmployerAs a multi-category organization which caters to a wide range of customers across geographies; we believe a diverse workforce is an essential asset to cater to the business environment we operate in.As an equal opportunity employer, We at Dabur don't support and accept any kind of discrimination on the ground of colour, race, age, gender, religion, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, etc. We promote and practice equal opportunities for every member of the Dabur family.
