Handling Inbound Tour EnquiresHandling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.Handling Inbound bookings & documentation.Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.Domestic / International Destination Knowledge needed.Should have experience in travel company.Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls and taking regular follow up.Self-motivated, resourcefulShould be a quick learner.Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environmentNote- Experienced candidate from Travel Industry preferred PRB
