Role & responsibilitiesPlanning, execution and wastage controlTechnical knowledge and Quality checkDocumentation and Material DataDealing with Contractor & Department LabourOffice coordination and Daily reportingClient Billing and contractor billing.Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and local regulations.Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, timelines, and design intent.Review construction plans and drawings to ensure accurate implementation.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure smooth project progress.Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any deviations and proposing solutions.Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.Ensure the proper use of construction materials and equipment.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and safety records.Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.Office Hours : 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Location: CMRL HQ, Annasalai, Chennai - 600 035 ( Near Nandanam Metro ) PRB
