The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for conducting IELTS training sessions, creating lesson plans, evaluating and providing feedback to students, and preparing students for the IELTS exam. The IELTS Trainer will also monitor student progress, adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs, and provide guidance and support to help students improve their English language skills.QualificationsFluency in English with excellent speaking, writing, and communication skillsIELTS band score of 7.0 or abovePrior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructorStrong knowledge of IELTS exam format and scoring criteriaAbility to create engaging and effective lesson plansExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of studentsPatient, positive, and encouraging teaching styleStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksTESOL or CELTA certification is a plusExperience working with international students is a plus".
