Location - Mumbai-Andheri East (Seepz)Shift - Night Shift (10pm-7am)Willing to work from OfficeWilling to travel on his own transportationCandidates from Western-line only requiredImmediate Joiner/Lesser notice period candidates requiredRole & responsibilitiesManage end to end transactional and administration activities of Health insurance process.Liaise with vendor and internal departments to ensure employee receives optimal service in all respects.Verify invoices and additional and return premiums due to policy adjustmentsPromptly respond to internal and external clients inquiries pertaining to coverage, claims issues, in a professional and polite manner.Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to health benefits.Create and develop SOPs on a regular basis to ensure that it is up to date while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutionsEstablish, Implement and monitor standard insurance processes and procedures which are consistent with Company's global standardsAbility to work effectively independentlyMake outbound calls to potential members to clarify missing or incomplete informationCandidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterpartsEducational requirements: Bachelors DegreeWork Experience: 2-5 yrs of experience in Insurance benefits administration MBA Freshers willing to Learn & work in shift also most welcomeTechnical requirements: Microsoft Office (especially Excel),Non-Technical requirements: Good communication and presentation skills PRB
