Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or relevant work experience3-4 years of Experience in Production Operations / Support areaShould have worked on supporting BigData-related Ops/ Support preferably with Hadoop Map-Reduce backgroundShould be technically hands-on and be able to troubleshoot issues independentlyThe role requires working in shifts on a monthly rotation basisShould have excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with stakeholders in different regions of the worldWillingness to work in 24/5 shifts. Roles & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and analyze complex Production issuesOwn, debug, and document complex investigations and resolutionPropose and lead process improvement projectsLeverage in-depth knowledge of architecture and data models to prevent or resolve issuesPerform root-cause analysis & come up with preventive actionsShare knowledge within the team through mentorships, coaching, technical talks and blogs PRB
