Our Lead Data Learning Engineer ensures Code and Theory delivers innovative, immersive web experiences that delight our clients and their customers. Working in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary engineering, design, and quality assurance teams, you will build software that solves real-world problems for incredible clients. As a Lead Data Engineer at Code and Theory, you will play a critical role in th development, deployment, and maintenance of our data infrastructure. You will work closely with our team of data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders toensure the seamless flow and integrity of data across our systems.Essentials:Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Rust/Java/Scala.Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.Experience with Data Warehousing Solutions:Knowledge of ETL/ ELT tools, data modelling, and data warehousing architecture.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data systems and optimize them for better efficiency.Experience with Cloud Platforms. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.LOCATION: Bangalore, HybridABOUT USWe are Code and Theory, a technology-first creative agency.
