Department: Cell ManufacturingTitle/Designation: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ManagerReports to: AGM - ProcessWork Location : Pemmanahalli Village, Sompura Hobli, Dabaspet, Nelamangala, Bengaluru - 562 111Any other vital information: Experience in Cell Fab is mandatory,Job description Main Responsibilities (Major KPAs to be assigned):in Silicon Solar Cell fabrication, Std BSF/PERC/TOPConthe process procedures for individual machines.the process specifications of silicon solar module process.to optimize the processes using automation and achieve the desired target.the process parameters of every machine at a frequent interval.and maintain the process check list.statistical analysis of each and every process.on process improvement and sustainability.on reducing rejects and thus increase productivity.the daily production and analyse reports for consistent output.on improving yield with application of engineering tools such like FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), DOE (Design of Experiments), and others.with quality team to ensure the quality, performance, and cost of the existing products.with maintenance team for any process related trouble shooting.on new materials regularly for the better output.cost improvement process related projects.Basic requirements like:Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech/PhDExperience: Min 9 Yrs (BE/B.Tech)/4 Yrs (ME/MTech)/Relevant Experience (PhD)Industries preferred: Only Solar Cell Fab ExperienceOther requirements if any (viz: Computer Knowledge Like Word, excel, Power Point & SAP/Other software support required, Willing to travel, must have Own Two-wheeler): Should be Good MS Office and SAPAny other skills required like, good communications skills, Innovation, creativity including out box thinking for the job assigned, Team Building etc.: oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skillsanalytical and problem-solving skillsworking attitudePlanning, critical thinking, and organizational skillsto work autonomously with appropriate support and supervision.Team Player PRB
