DESCRIPTION:Our rapidly growing startup is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team. In this role, you will oversee all facets of our marketing operations, with a primary focus on expanding our brand's influence, enhancing brand loyalty, and raising awareness. This position offers significant growth opportunities and a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's overall marketing endeavors.Responsibilities:Contribute to the creation of innovative marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including social media, company website, email, and others.Analyze marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic to inform future marketing strategies.Create comprehensive reports on campaign growth and analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.Design visually appealing concepts for promotional activities to engage target audiences effectively.Manage the digital marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging social media content to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.Generate and update digital marketing reports to monitor campaign progress and budget allocation.Run daily audits on social media and search engine optimization practices to ensure adherence to best practices.Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience.Cultivate relationships with influencers and potential vendor partners to expand brand reach and visibility.Develop and manage link-building and content marketing strategies to improve organic reach and SEO performance.Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track and optimize campaign performance.Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.Analyze campaign reports regularly and implement data-driven optimizations.Gather customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly to improve campaign effectiveness.Manage and train the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Oversee and manage all digital projects including contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.Requirements:Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Experience in executing paid campaigns across different platforms.Demonstrable expertise in marketing data analytics and relevant tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Hands-on experience with digital marketing software.Effective leadership and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and social media campaigns.Location: Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala.
