Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with relevant stakeholders, expediting the project, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. Provide effective leadership, coaching and conflict resolution to the project team in order to meet project goals and objectives. Coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects throughout the entire life cycle - from proposal to final project handover within Scheduled and committed time periods to the clients.Contribute to Standards and Guidelines Development (Providing Project Concept notes as per latest selected guide lines), Upgrade and comply latest (world class) standards and modifications in all Projects. Preference for Pharma Experience Only. QualificationsExperience in project management, expediting, inspection, logistics managementStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering/Chemical/Civil Engineering.)Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector is must.
