Registered professional engineer with a Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in process or mechanical engineeringMinimum 15 years' professional engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector, ideally with well-established connections within Sasol, our key Client in South AfricaDemonstrated track record in leading and growing teams of engineers in professional services in the Oil & Gas sectorHave well established connections within the Oil & Gas industry in Southern AfricaBe recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one aspect of the Oil & Gas sectorMulti-discipline technical and managerial know-how, allowing for easy interface with technical functionsExperience in energy transition scopes including hydrogen and decarbonization would be an advantageUnderstand the project lifecycle process and the interdisciplinary dependencies during project execution
