BIM Modeller - Building Civils

Job SummaryModeling in Revit and C3D of civil infrastructure within the Building Engineering regime but not limited to Building Engineering;Contributes by solving problems, be concise and applying experience or theoretical knowledge to assignments;Compiling and overseeing the preparation of clash reports for Revit civil modeling concept to construction drawings;Preparation of deliverables to AECOM TQR and BIM procedures.Monitors and documents conformance with quality, performance, safety and code requirements. Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining project documentation. General understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlinesPersonal Attributes:Ability to plan and execute work independently;Ability to meet deadlines;Actively participates in client, design, progress and coordination meetings;Be a strong team player;Dedicated to mentor junior team members;Institutes changes in methods or software within own expertise;Dedicated to deliver correct and accurate work;Good communication skills, both verbal and written;Willing to learn Dynamo scripting to integrate Civil3D design elements.Minimum RequirementsMinimum five years' experienceExperience in the modeling of other civil infrastructure i.e. bulk water and sewerageExperience in modeling civil engineering designs on multi-disciplinary project interfaces;Knowledge of international design codes i.e. Euro Codes will be an advantage;Experience in the use of associated design and collaboration software i.e. BIM360, AutoCAD and Civil3DPreferred QualificationsRelevant qualification.What we offerWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
