JOB DESCRIPTION Position Details Job Title Corporate Reporting Specialist C2 Business Unit Infrastructure Reports to (as per organogram) Head of Communications Overall Purpose of The Role Responsible for developing the firm's key local reports that will position the brand as a leader to key stakeholders. This role will apply the principle of brand management to ensure that the firm's reputation is maintained.Position Specifications Educational (minimum level necessary to perform the job) Professional/Tertiary • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Other requirements A strong grasp of data insight, publishing, and planning. Industry monitoring. Experience (minimum necessary before being considered for the job) • 5+ years of related experience in related fields of Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development and Stakeholder Management. • Impeccable written and spoken English (additional languages are an asset). • Proven experience in project management, preferably related to stakeholder engagement. • Outstanding presentation skills. • Excellent organisational skills, enabling stakeholder information base to be efficiently assessed and shared. • Experience in campaign management, brand communications, and a creative mindset. Corporate Reports • Develop local and global internal reports ( CEO Outlook, Transparency Report, Global corporate reporting, OIP, etc.) that will support the firm's overall strategy for building strong relationships and will maintain a positive perception of the firm's prospects among stakeholders. • Scanning of business issues in the market and sharing insights with the firm. 2 Stakeholder Relations • Develop and maintain a detailed and proactive stakeholder engagement plan, including all communication and other interventions necessary to address stakeholder needs. • Collating and formulating responses for general inquiries as received. • Recording all stakeholder engagement and developing a database with all internal, external, non-client, and non-media stakeholders. • Ensure implementation of various stakeholder research/ insight initiatives and identify responses that will build the reputation of the firm. • Determine engagement and communication approach for external stakeholders relevant to various sustainability initiatives2. Alumni Programme • Manage and professionalise the firm's Alumni programme to enhance the brand positioning. • Maintain contact work with all the offices on alumni events. • Develop regular communication updates from the firm for the alumni group. 3. Brand • Develop strategic communication brand plans for campaigns, and lead dissemination of corporate content. • Work closely with the Create Agency to ensure a consistent brand experience across the business. • Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure brand compliance for merchandise, brand store, and activation campaigns. • Build the firm's brand reputation and trust proactively through stakeholder engagement by telling the brand story and purpose. • Work closely with the People, Performance and Culture team to promote a consistent employer brand experience
