CDL-A tanker drivers earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a safety bonus of up to $2,000 per year.  Our terminals are located throughout the U.S. and our refineries are in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Newell, West Virginia. Pay and Benefits Outstanding pay and benefits allow Ergon Trucking to attract and retain the best drivers. Drivers are paid in full for the week’s work, including demurrage time. There’s no waiting for the client to pay us. You complete the job; you get paid by direct deposit every Friday.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• Minimum experience: 1 year of driving tractor trailers; tanker experience a plus.
• Must be medically examined and certified by an Ergon Trucking-recognized physician as physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must have a valid CDL and tanker endorsement. HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
• Candidate must already have or be able to acquire TWIC card at time of employment.
• Moving violations: No more than 2 in the last 36 months.
• No conviction within the last 36 months for any serious traffic violation.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years.
• No criminal record (felonies).
