- 2023 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain.

Caseload- Above 65 years of age for community home care referrals <br>3. You will be seeing a range of clients with various health conditions rangingfrom musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory type referrals. Most commonly they would require equipment prescription, home modifications, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) assessment and retraining. <p></p><b> We welcome Occupational Therapists interested in
