THE ROLE: As the Senior Producer/ Senior Project Manager on the team, you’ll be serving as the vibrant face of our company. You'll deftly balance client relations with adept project management, while seizing the exciting opportunity to shape and fortify our department as we transition into our employee-owned era. Your role will be pivotal in efficiently translating creative visions into reality, collaborating closely with our Lead Creative Motion Designer and Senior Creative to ensure seamless execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO… Project Management

  • Management – Work closely with our great roster of clients and their internal agencies, understanding their challenges and coming up with solutions for those. Ideally you will be working from client offices 2-4 times a month – being on site in preparation for briefs, quick solutions, and queries. Outside of this, the role is a remote position.
  • Business – Build, create and maintain strong relations with clients, advising them on their journey with us.
Project Management communication - Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to client and project teams. Project Management - Challenge all decisions and drive projects from brief through to delivery, working with all departments with robust confidence. Including setting up all projects on slack/ server. Manage Amends – Manage client and internal amends, challenging where required and offering solutions. Manage via google sheets attached to each slack channel. Juggle – Manage multiple projects at one time (of all different sizes and needs) Be Agile - Accommodate short turnaround jobs and lead the team by example by showing the best ways of doing this.
  • Live Action - Manage and organize film shoots and various cost sizes, including organizing shoots without a Production Manager or agency.
PNL - Prepare, create and report on the profit and loss, as well as forecasting for the projects you are producing. Negotiating – the best rates for music and VO BSF/Usage for our clients TV admin services
  • /ROI clearance system – Uploading all our scripts, Rough Cuts and final clocks to the system(s), working closely with the client to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth approval process and advising where issues may arise and why.
  • Delivery via our partners at Adstream for all our clocks once we have client and clearance from approving body.
  • Clearance via RACC – working closely with the client to ensure you have the evidence you need for a smooth approval process and advising were issues may arise and why.
  • Delivery via our partners at audiotrack/J-ET and occasionally via email for all our clients copy
Admin
  • – Work closely with the Lead Creative Motion Designer and Senior Creative ensuring you have the right resource for the projects.
Report into our Joint Managing Directors on client direction and needs in preparation for yearly contractual agreements.
  • WOW - Create solutions and aid with new WOW, both internally and externally.
  • Inductions – Manage and Own client inductions – presenting in person or via video call – showing new clients/ or new client team members our process
  • Tracker – Manage our internal finance tracker as well as forecasting for future projects.
  • Management – Ensure all resource is tracking their time via clockify daily.
  • Management – Efficiently forecast and prepare for the need of external producer aid on projects in our busy period – ensuring you have the right person booked at the right time with the right skillset (specifically for producing)

  • working in an agency environment as a Midweight Producer for at least 3 years, showing executions across a range of projects and outputs.
  • written and verbal communication skills.

  • knowledge of Clearcast (essential).
  • knowledge of CG production
  • knowledgeable about live action too
  • knowledge of creative packages and what they are used for within production (and lead times).
  • to work well in a team, demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and its team members.
