The role 

We are seeking a motivated, positive, customer-focused individual interested in information management and local government to join our small team of information professionals based in Feilding.  We provide a wide range of archival and records services to the public and council staff. This is an entry-level, full time position (40 hours per week - FTE) based in Feilding.

About you

Utilises a customer-centric approach to tackle challenges and apply expertise, the ability to interpret, research and respond to information requests.  Proficient in utilising digital tools like cameras and scanners and experienced across various software and hardware platforms.  Adaptable and quick learner, able to work within a specialised information management team· Familiarity with information management, archival processes, and standards is beneficial· Consistently meets realistic deadlines and is highly organised· Capable of working autonomously with effectiveness· Brings a positive personality to enhance the shared services team dynamic.  Sound like what you are looking for?
