Our Information and Digital Technology team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s workforce. We work closely with other departments to ensure the right processes and tools are in place. As a Senior IT Ops Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our organization across all locations. In this role, your duties will include ensuring proper access to all of Unifonic’s assets, optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades. Help us shape the future of communication by: Providing IT assistance to all Unifonic employees. Resolving logged issues in a timely manner. Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics. Updating computer software, as well as upgrading hardware and systems. Maintaining office networks Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests. Making sure IT assets are always compliant with cyber security regulations. Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support. Working closely with Engineering teams to maintain access to core systems. What you'll bring: Hands-on 3-5 years of technical experience in IT technical support. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Great knowledge of IAM and MDM tools such as OKTA, Jumpcloud, etc. Sound knowledge of setting up Fortinet firewalls. Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
