As a Caregiver you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to your assigned residents. This includes adhering to care plans ensuring patient comfort and fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. - Attend to activities as per the care plan including personal hygiene incontinence care dressing feeding and companionship for your assigned residents.
- Chart and timestamp all activities on Healthcare following company procedures.
- Report any changes or causes of concern in a resident s condition promptly to the Duty Sister.
- Follow the care plan diligently and document activities on Healthcare.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents aligning with the care plan and individual diagnoses.
- Adhere to company rules policies and procedures.
- Treat all residents with respect and dignity.
- Comply with company policies and procedures related to infection control.
- Maintain good personal hygiene as per relevant policies.
Requirements
Requirements: Grade: 10 11 12 and upwards. Carer training from a reputable organisation available. SETA accreditation certificate will be given. Willing to apply for a passport.Benefits
