Develop of product and service portfolios. Market Managed & Maintenance Services. Proactively acquire new clients and achieve sales targets. Engage in both onsite and remote customer meetings. Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable solutions. Knowledge of vendors like Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Checkpoint, and others is essential. Lead webinars and seminars to expand client base. Review and analyze reports to enhance product and service offerings. Implement new solutions and processes to optimize the sales and marketing strategy. Adept at preparing written communications and materials. Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous. Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing. Relevant industry certifications. Certifications in IT / Cyber Security Sales & Marketing related fields are a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE, with a focus on the GCC region.
