Your new company Hays are working in partnership with a Northern Ireland Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy company based in Belfast looking to hire a BIM Modeller to support the team and working on large, complex, highly reputational projects. Your new role : This BIM Modeller role is a permanent, full-time position located in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities of a BIM Modeller: Creating and delivering accurate 3D models and drawings of built assets using BIM methodologies and software such as Autodesk Revit or Unreal Engine. Provide technical design support to the Engineering team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the projects. Collaborating with engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve problems. What you\'ll need to succeed To be successful in the BIM Modeller role, the client requires a candidate who has a Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' experience as a BIM Modeller, but all applicants of vary levels can apply. In addition, you will also have: Experience of working in Common Data Environments using Data management Systems such as BIM360 and ProjectWise. Significant experience using Revit for creating, amending structures and plant and/or Civil3D for earthworks and pipeline profiles. Detailed understanding and proven experience in the generation and use of BIM Execution Plans. Ideally, experience using other related software, for example; Inventor, Microstation etc. Finally, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to organise workloads across multiple projects.
