An ambitious and dynamic financial services organisation based in Belfast is seeking to hire a financial planning associate to join their growing team. This is a newly created position within the firm ideally suited to an experienced paraplanner that has the ambition and skill set to become a Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership within the firm to undertake structured training and progress quickly. The Job Working closely with the firm's senior leadership & wider team, you will be involved in the following: Shadowing one of the firm's senior financial planners in order to train and develop your skill set, with the aim of becoming a capable financial planner. Overseeing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they are provided with a top class level of service. Ensuring excellent client relationships are maintained & developed. Spotting opportunities for business growth & development.
