WHY US?​Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long- term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The Company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.​ Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company in our Brazilian Air Operator Certificate (AOC).​ The company creates a supportive work environment and conditions for employees to grow, both professionally and personally.​​ Position is based in São Paulo, Brazil. ARE YOU READY TO?​
- Play a key role in shaping the organizational structure and development of the newly forming company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices;​
- Work with senior management from the upstream Avion Express group companies to develop and implement organizational change management strategies;​
- Lead the planning and coordination of all Human Resources department activities;​
- Adapt and define HR policies to align with the organization's business strategy;​
- Oversee the entire employee journey, including talent attraction, recruitment & selection, hiring, onboarding, engagement, training, development, career planning, and, if necessary, offboarding;​
- Offer guidance and support to employees and managers;​
- Oversee the adaptation and management of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology platforms;​
- Adapt and implement retention and engagement projects, incorporating best practices of the upstream Avion Express group companies;​
- Manage and maintain employee data and payroll information;​
- Foster a positive employee experience and build a strong organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws including proactively identifying any areas of risk and anticipating the impact of labor changes to local policies and programs;​
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems tied to government/union standards;​
- Proven strong interpersonal skills to communicate company plans, policies, goals and objectives, as well as to coordinate resources to complete projects;​
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced, frequently changing environment;​
- Proven experience in successfully implementing and leading organizational changes within a company;​
- Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese skills;​
- Ability to work on site.
- HR-related experience in aviation industry.
