Roles Summary / Purpose Responsible for the activities related to the overall management, planning, investment, sourcing and development of properties and projects, not limiting to land sourcing, land or project JV sourcing, project feasibility, technical & operation for construction, Profit & Loss accountability, managing the field of operation, finance, sales & marketing, real estate management, government authority liaison, neighbourhoods liaison, suppliers, contractors and any other stakeholders of the property division. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Build the concreate and realistic sales & marketing strategy for achieving company goals and company continuous growth and implement with strong leadership, including business strategy development and implementation for new market or new products.
  • Responsible for the growth and profitability targets, market development for the range of company’s products, services.
  • Always check the ROI of all marketing activities, make effective suggestion to company / other department to seek for continuous improvement through the review results. Carry out data-driven marketing, plan the activity according to the facts or reasonable estimation.
  • Coordinating and highly compliances, follow the company’s systems, policies and procedures strictly.
  • Lead the marketing department in crafting strategies of all marketing pillars (products strategy) from products, brand, content, social, digital, communications, creative analyse and any other marketing activities towards achieving company’s target.
  • Collecting and analyse information, forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget together with sales.
  • Pricing strategies to maximize company sales & profit with considering continuous company growth.
  • Channel strategy, for continuous sales growth, and implement them together with sales and other department.
  • Build up strong and highly reliable branding in Malaysia and Brunei market, with following company direction.
  • Customer retention: Minimize brand transfer, and maximize the loyal customer, by working closely with Customer Services and other departments.
  • Drive creation and execution of strategic marketing programs/promotion/campaign including segment plans, social media management, PR and communication programs and activity, marketing events and campaign, branding and advertising, promotion and incentives, customer loyalty and retention, CSR initiatives, E-commerce and online marketplace management, or retail display, salesman incentive, promoter, any other marketing activities.
  • Digital marketing management with effective segmentation/ targeting/ positioning, be able to provide customer insights in accordance with the campaigns, advertising and content creation.
  • Drive creation and execution of strategic marketing action for corporate/government market, including lead generation, funnel marketing, exhibition, seminar, subscription business scheme creation, and any other activity.
  • Supervising and manage the team performance in stock ordering, inventory and transaction management; products training of internal staff, channel partner, supplier including authorised service partner, end-user and any other.
  • Establish and manage marketing intelligence. Always check the market/competitor/customer/industry trend/internal company situation or any other situation change, and apply it to marketing strategy, report to superior for company direction.
  • Leadership and people management in support employee’s growth by study the development/ growth and training plan with staff by foreseeing both company and department need. Coaching/ mentoring and knowledge sharing to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. You will also ensure that the team is updated on any changes in products, services, or company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with property development companies.
  • Strong leadership qualities including business acumen adaptability, efficiency as well in reporting to Board level.
  • Strong management experience and skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
