- Responsible for the full set of accounts and statutory reports for the organization operation.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring strict adherence to established accounting standards and regulatory mandates.
- Oversee budget management for the organization.
- Manage monthly reporting, credit monitoring activities and other related functions to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identifying any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Responsible for project implementations and system upgrades to comply with new operational or legal requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- To provide leadership and guidance to the finance and account team.Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
- Address auditor inquiries and implement recommendations to enhance financial controls.
- Assist Chief Financial Officer for all finance and account process review and monitoring.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA/MIA).
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Essential to be Bilingual in English with Mandarin (including reading and writing).
- Prefferable for willing-to-travel candidates.
- Must be willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
