- Budgeting, Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare budgets and plans for the campaigns and different activities.
- Institute a system for tracking progress and submit detailed reports to the stakeholders.
- Ensuring deliverables are achieved and service standards are met every time.
- Coordinate with UNICEF Provincial Team and WHO for the hiring plan endorsement, sharing job ads, interview endorsement & approvals.
- Enable, equip, coach, train and guide the team members on processes, policies, skills.
- To participate in campaign evening meetings to represent People and guide forum on HR issues, if required. To coordinate with UNICEF/WHO provincial team regarding monthly plan, progress reports and approval.
- Design and develop high quality investigation reports in coordination with Sr. HR Executives.
- Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
- Experience: 8 years plus relevant experience
- Advance MS Excel is must.
- Strong Administrative and Interpersonal Skills.
