• Lead and execute routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to guarantee the continuous operation of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, ensuring rapid response, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining patient and staff safety.
• Continuously assess electrical systems, identifying energy-saving opportunities, enhancing system reliability, and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Play a key role in the emergency response team, providing technical expertise during critical incidents and ensuring the prompt restoration of electrical services.
• Manage electrical maintenance projects from planning through execution.
• Maintain detailed records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on electrical system operations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, facility managers, and other stakeholders to address electrical-related needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, service contracts, and technology updates.
• Supervise and evaluate team performance and provide daily supervision.
• Perform all the related tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
