Inspection Officer

Role Description:

• Plan the field visits at day start with coordination of immediate supervisor on daily basis.
• Call the customers and confirm the time of visit.
• Visit customers at their premises against the registered complaint.
• Listen to the customer’s complaint in detail with patience, inspect the mattress thoroughly along with the furniture in use.
• Evaluate the customer's mattress for the validity of the complaint
• Note down the observations on the Complaint inspection form.
• Guide customer for further course of action in accordance with predefined customer services policy.
• In case of no problem found, guide the customer about the right / proper use of the mattress.

• Graduation

• 1 - 2 year relevant experience
