Support Specialist - Enterprise Solutions

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our critical Enterprise Solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). What you'll be up to:

• Providing first-rate support to users, troubleshooting, and resolving technical hitches with our enterprise systems.
• Becoming a trusted advisor, guiding users through intricate processes and offering training as needed.
• Acting as a triage champion, prioritising incoming support requests and ensuring their swift resolution.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of all support activities, keeping a clear record of interactions and solutions.

• Proven track record in supporting enterprise solutions, particularly EHR and ERP systems.
• A solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Top-notch problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities with a cool head.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field is a bonus.
